Transferring your prescriptions from another pharmacy to Sparkle Pharmacy is very easy! Fill out the form below so that we can capture all the necessary info. Otherwise, feel free to give us a call or visit us in-store, and we will do the rest. This process can take less than about 30 minutes, assuming that there are repeats on file. By law, not all prescriptions can be transferred (e.g. Narcotics & Controlled drugs), so speak with a member of our team for more details.
